Waugh the Builder Limited is a family owned business, managed by Stephen Waugh. The business was established in 2008 by his father Tom, who retired in 2015. Stephen is continuing the success of the well respected building company and takes pride in providing the highest standard of workmanship.

Stephen is a time served joiner based in Crossgates, Fife with over 15 years’ experience. He has completed projects in Fife, Tayside, Edinburgh and beyond with his friendly team of experienced and highly qualified joiners, labourers and sub-contractors, who are passionate about their work and provide you with excellent customer service along the way.

Waugh the Builder provide a complete ‘design to completion’ service. Stephen has built an extensive network of contacts who respect his approach to every project and can call upon his trusted team of Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Engineers etc. for any reports/drawings required at the planning stage.
